Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the information available to us, including your lawn’s square footage and the program you choose. A quote may be adjusted if the property differs from what was described or if you add services. Introductory offers apply only as described, to new customers, and may change or end at any time.
Services and scheduling
- Our programs are recurring services with no long-term contract. You can pause, change, or cancel at any time by contacting your local team.
- Visit dates are approximate. We may reschedule because of weather, ground conditions, watering restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Please provide safe access to the areas to be treated, keep gates unlocked on service days, secure pets, and tell us about irrigation systems, buried lines, invisible fences, or other hazards.
- Follow any care instructions we give you, such as watering or mowing guidance. Results depend on factors including weather, watering, mowing, soil, and existing turf health.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Unpaid balances may lead to services being paused. You are responsible for any reasonable costs we incur to collect overdue amounts, where permitted by law.
Satisfaction and concerns
If you are not happy with a visit, contact us within 14 days and we will review the issue with you and, where appropriate, revisit the area. Because lawns are living systems, we cannot guarantee specific results such as elimination of every weed, insect, or disease.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Thrive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and uses third-party services, including our online quote provider. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual property
